A Discovery Meeting is an initial consultation where we ask you to describe your IT environment and how it is currently managed. This helps us understand your needs and tailor our services accordingly.
If you already have a Microsoft 365 tenant, we will need a Global Admin account for onboarding. If your organization is not a Microsoft 365 Business user, we will create a tenant for your organization.
The UCP app will be embedded in Microsoft Teams and will be the primary means of communication between your staff and the SotoNets support team.
Yes, training on how to use the UCP is available in the Knowledge Base and the Training section of the UCP.
The 30-day trial includes ProManage Core, which features Microsoft 365 Business Premium, the Unified Client Portal, and unlimited online support.
If you don’t have Microsoft 365 Business Premium, we will upgrade your subscription for 30 days at no additional cost.
It also includes the complete functionality of the Unified Client Portal embedded in Teams and unlimited online support 8×5 for 30 days.
At the end of the 30-day trial, we will conduct a Business Review session with your management staff to discuss the trial and next steps.
